-Dear friends and family,
Liam Manuel and Gabriel Lawrence Domínguez-Prendergast arrived on Monday, October 20, just over a month earlier than expected. We are all doing well. Gabriel (aka Gabe) came first, and weighed 4 lbs 13 oz. He enjoys meals and doesn't like to be woken up, just like Mom. Liam arrived two minutes later and weighed 4 lbs exactly. He is the small and fiesty one, constantly moving and occasionally looking around. Both are getting excellent care in the NICU at Hospital La Paz (Madrid) and should be home some time next week.
Liam's middle name is in honor of his paternal great-grandfather (as well as Papá, of course), and Gabriel's middle name honors his maternal grandfather.
We've posted a few photos & videos to the boys' new blog, with more coming soon: http://gabrielandliam.blogspot.com/
