The Kids in Madrid Fair was a Success!

Paloma Irving, Kids in Madrid owner (www.kidsinmadrid.com) and AWC member, held the first annual Kids in Madrid Fair last Sunday. The event was a huge success judging from the many participants and it raised a lot of interest in activities and services available for English speaking children. AWC had a booth at the fair where we distributed information about the club and sold a variety of baked goods and items leftover from the last Bring and Buy event. We were successful in making contact with prospective members and the proceeds of our sale were 284.70 Euros.

I personally want to thank everyone who contributed baked goods and those of you who worked at the table during the event. It was a great being there and I hope everyone had a good time. Thanks for contributing, Jackie.
