Pilates Exercise Class

In these classes you will learn how to engage your core abdominal muscles to achieve all of the movements involved in Pilates. These movements promote flexibility, a healthy spine, and overall tone and wellness.

The classes are led by Chrystal Ridgeway, AWC member and certified Pilates instructor. Pre-registration is required since space is limited to 5 participants per class. Spots will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis.

If you'd like to sign up, please contact us or drop by the clubhouse. Each class lasts for one-hour. Participants need to provide their own exercise mat and wear close fitting appropriate exercise clothing.

Cost: 10 EUR (members), 15 EUR (non-members) per class.
