This week- Cooking demo, social meeting, and kids activity!

The American Women's Club is preparing for another busy week. On Tuesday, November 10th, member Susan Raynaud, will be demonstrating how to make a leek tart and pear pie. Susan's tarts are always flaky and delicious, and this is a highly anticipated and recommended event. 1:30 AWC clubhouse

Wednesday is our monthly social meeting. Lisa Hinshelwood, a specialist in early childhood development and education, will be giving a presentation on positive discipline. Lisa has worked extensively in this area, and this will be a great talk for parents looking for support and guidance in raising children. 11-1 AWC clubhouse

On Saturday, November 14th, we'll be having a Children's Thanksgiving Party. Come join us for snacks, games, crafts and stories as we celebrate Thanksgiving with the kids. Space is limited so please contact Linda, president@awcmadrid.com, for details and to reserve your space.
